EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This project report outlines the establishment of an AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Block manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 52 CBM per 24 hours, along with a Fly Ash Brick manufacturing unit. The project is developed by S&S Group at Plot No. 15, MP Industrial Area Phase 2, Umariya Dungariya, Chargawa Road, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The plant is designed with modern automation, efficient material handling systems, and integrated infrastructure to ensure high productivity, quality consistency, and cost efficiency.
